Nov 18, 2015 no im not saying it doesnt s--- that the innocents are being hurt, thats why theres the huge debate about getting them out of there. the difference is though that isis is targeting innocents specifically to create fear and chaos, they arent being just caught in the line of fire. i mean yeah death is death but what separates the two sides are intent. isis wants to k--- innocent people and the bombs being dropped are to prevent or at least surpress the ones that are doing it, collateral damage in syria is an unfortunate side effect of trying to stop the killing of other innocents in the future. them bombing syria is a reaction to stop isis from killing others and its necessary.

Terrorism is used to put fear in the opponent's populace amongst many other thing it achieves. Terrorism is another tactic that can win wars I'm just saying they aren't laughing like the Joker and killing anyone they see for the thrill of it. Why did they attack France and not Papua New Guinea? Because Papua New Guinea isn't their target. Because Papua New Guinea isn't dropping bombs in Syria. Why don't they attack Mexico? They are attacking the countries that are fighting them

Nov 18, 2015 It's a tactic The West bombs targets knowing there will be innocents dying, also a tactic If the West wanted to avoid civilian casualties they'll send ground troops instead of full on airstriking neighbourhoods, but they won't send ground troops because of political reasons at home, because they don't want to lose soldiers etc But they continue with air strikes instead which cause immense causalities. This is the West's tactic All I see is political and military tactics at the expense of innocents from both sides

Because it's us and not them But you're fine with bombing down apartment buildings because there's IS militants inside and the rest are just collateral I don't see how we're so much better than them or they're so much worse than us

Again, you're being obtuse and playing devil's advocate extremely questionably. If you don't see the clear cut difference based on intent alone then there's nothing more to say some part of your brain must be malfunctioning.
