Aug 5, 2016 I'm doing high frequency training right now. Monday, tuesday an friday I squat or do a variation (pause, front, pin squat), wednesday thursday and friday I deadlift or do a variation (Paused deadlift, stiff leg, deficit). I also bench every day (incline, regular, blench block, close grip and legs up bench). So I do lower and upperbody daily. I'm finishing up my 3rd week of this program and max out in another 3, hoping to hit 550 on squat, 335 on bench for a pause and 550 on deadlift.
Aug 5, 2016 Hit squats to start my leg workout yesterday. Hadn't done em in prolly a month or so since I rolled my ankle. Felt great and feel really good today. Did 5 sets, 15, 12, 10, 8, 6 reps. Gonna hit shoulders & core today.
Aug 5, 2016 I always go immediately after work during the week so my current routine is: Monday - Arms Tuesday - Legs Wednesday - Chest Thursday - Beach / rest Friday - Back & Shoulders It's a modified version of one I grabbed off BB.com but looking to set my own up once I figure out how to properly do that. Generally start off all days with 10-20 minutes of cardio and about 30 minutes of heavy bag or mit work (if my man happens to be there that day and not working with other people) after cardio or after my workout.
Aug 5, 2016 Alright so I never hit the weight room. I normally just run outside or hit the treadmill at the gym on my off days (3-4) times a week. Say I want to start a workout routine. I'm a beginner, give me some workout tips, starter routines, maybe some great android workout apps. I'll take any helpful information.

Jan 29, 2017 Been on a tear recently. Hitting 4 plates on deadlifts, 3 plates on squats, and benching 2 plates. I'm not even a power lifter either, but eating a lot (healthy obviously) & just hitting the gym consistently is getting me there. So far I'm really shredded & putting on more mass, at 176 right now 6'0 tall. I make workout plans for others sometimes, I've sold 4.....if anyone interested message me. Serious inquires only.

Jan 31, 2017 this is exactly my situation. i exercise regularly at my local gym, because i feel its important. but i don't use the machines---all i do is cardio. a long time ago i tried weightlifting because i wanted to PUMP, PUMP PUMP IT UP my chest up but i didn't have anyone to help guide me--so i got discouraged and just stuck with cardio. if i had someone who's experienced at lifting to help guide me---i know i could do it--just need a little help. and i don't want to pay a trainer----cost too much
Feb 1, 2017 I started a powerlifting team at my University in September and I am now making programs for 30 people lol. Everyone's strength is shooting up though, everyone has put over a hundred pounds on their total in 4 weeks. One of my guys is almost as strong as me on some lifts We are both 20, weigh 183 and his squat went from 365 with iffy depth to 475 great depth. His bench went from 275 touch and go to a easy paused rep at 325, his deadlift went from 455 to 530 in 8 weeks. Most other members are going up just as fast but he will probably take over the team once I graduate this fall so I'm teaching him all my philosophies.
