Feb 4, 2017 I go 4/5 times a week. I do anywhere from 15 to 30 mins of weightlifting then I go and do cardio for 30. I'm still at a calorie deficit, so I'm not advancing too much with my strength or anything. Right now I'm about 187lbs; I'm trying to get down to 175. I eat pretty low carb (under 50g) and I try and have a 500 cal deficit, but it often ends up being more than that just because I try and avoid sodium.
Feb 6, 2017 for the weight boyz I'm still in HS, and I squat a good 290 right now. My posture is decent and normal, but does that heavy weight actually stunt your growth?
Feb 18, 2017 What do you brosephs do in regards to meals before gym/workout? If I don't eat anything I start getting hungry halfway through and feel nauseous. But eating before would be just as bad. Maybe eat like an apple or something before?

Feb 19, 2017 Competed yesterday at Texas A&M, got first place in the Juniors division and third place in the Collegiate. I did not feel like cutting weight so I stayed in the 205 lb weight class instead of the 183 lb as usual, ended up weighing 196 after a full 2 weeks of pigging out. Dropping back down to the 183's for collegiate nationals but I will be running 6 days a week not to prepare myself for basic training since I ship out in May.
