    Dont listen to andy, he has an obsession with me.

    I appreciate good criticism of art, i follow certain film criticism outlets but do agree that most of them are hacks these days. I just dont appreciate idiots like andy who think that being a critic automatically puts their opinion on art higher than mine because Im an upcoming artist who he feels doesnt deserved to be called one? Idk, hes a strange man.

    Great job as always. Particularly enjoyed this early paragraph:

    “In either case, Daytona is Pusha’s best work as a solo artist, a tightly wound record that doesn’t recapture the highs of peak Clipse, but finally makes ideal use of the now middle-aged rapper’s considerable skills. At just seven songs and 21 minutes, it shirks the bloat and radio concessions of Darkest Before Dawn and, to a greater extent, his 2013 solo debut, My Name Is My Name. The beats—sample-heavy and produced entirely by Kanye—are uniformly excellent and let you see the seams: It’s like an album full of “Bound 2”s, without the sentimentality. And while the slew of G.O.O.D. releases slated for June threatens to swallow everything else alive, Push included, the spare and serrated Daytona should hold up as a near-airtight exercise in flair and focus.”

    Agreed 100% with everything there. I was about to say this was his best s--- since Clipse.

    dude you were being a stan and got locked up in ur skis on a topic you shouldnt've. it's fine - you're a little boy. i don't care if you're playing filmmaker, but it's silly for you to wax philosophic on the "nature of art" to someone who literally spends all his time thinking about it lol.

    In a perfect world, his project would drop 6/1, be great and the rest of the albums would follow, and it would be a legendary month. But if we're getting top-notch production with bad, punched in vocals then it wouldn't be the worst decision to push it back.

    "misguided" was a nice way of saying it tbh... it was disrespectful and whatever message was attempting to be conveyed fell short and was overshadowed by the inappropriateness imo.
