Sep 6, 2017 there just annoying to me got way overplayed being from where im from, new york, it got to point where if anyone would play wu tang id either want to throw something at them or actually do it.
Sep 6, 2017 Cuz wu tang the s--- that's why. You better protect your neck talking about the clan like that.
Sep 6, 2017 I guess I respect your reasoning It is just jarring that someone on a hip hop website really doesn't like the wu
Sep 6, 2017 i used too if it helps. There new stuff is absolute human waste but i always try them out
Sep 6, 2017 Yeah, but even in the last ten years I don't think they've been that great. Working on a project for a long time doesn't always equal greatness. Either way, I think this whole scenario is a complete wank.
Sep 6, 2017 As a fan I'm deffinentily curious to hear it. I don't think it's going to be some holy grail of hip hop or anything.
Sep 6, 2017 Yeah but that's my point - I'm saying their output for a long time has been average yet they've manufactured this mystique and hype around it. Credit to them it's great marketing. The I couldn't care less was solely me. I don't care. I'm sure Wu fans would be super keen to hear it but my whole point is I think the majority are getting s----d into thinking this album is going to be an out of body experience when really nothing from them for a long time suggests it will be anything even noteworthy.
Sep 7, 2017 wu tang overrated and i could not careless about hearing an album from them that was made in the last few years at this point. i loved a lot of their solo work though, mainly from Ghost, Rae, and Method Man.
