As Seth Rollins looked on from ringside during last Monday night’s Raw main event, Roman Reigns triumphed over three elite Superstars to become the No. 1 contender to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Rollins has withstood some serious competition since ensnaring the title at WrestleMania—including Brock Lesnar, Sting and Dean Ambrose — but why might The Big Dog present his greatest challenge yet? WWE.com has some ideas.

    Sibling rivalry
Ever since Seth Rollins single-handedly dismantled The Shield in the summer of 2014, Roman Reigns has had unfinished business with The Architect, and Rollins’ cunning Money in the Bank cash-in at WrestleMania 31 — depriving The Big Dog of becoming WWE World Heavyweight Champion — tore those old wounds wide open.

After settling his score with Bray Wyatt inside h--- in a Cell, a clear-headed Reigns refocused last Monday night on Raw, setting his sights on the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and its snide bearer. Winning a Fatal 4-Way Match in the night’s main event, The Big Dog ensured a title collision with his former Shield brother, a clash that’s been months in the making.

But when will this anticipated encounter occur? Undoubtedly, we’ll learn more about Reigns and Rollins’ forthcoming WWE World Heavyweight Championship matchup on Raw.

    Lost souls
One night after The Wyatt Family dismantled and carried away The Undertaker at WWE h--- in a Cell, Bray Wyatt and his followers called out Demon Kane, who fought valiantly against his brother’s captors but ultimately suffered the same fate as The Phenom. Neither The Devil’s Favorite Demon nor The Deadman have been seen since, with The Eater of Worlds proclaiming on SmackDown that he has taken possession of their very souls and absorbed their power.

If that is the case, and Wyatt has somehow added The Brothers of Destruction’s power to his own, is The Wyatt Family indestructible? Who can stand up to The New Face of Fear and his terrifying trio of swamp monsters?

    One nation, under Zeb
Proving once again that anything is possible in WWE, former enemies Alberto Del Rio and Zeb Colter are not only now on the same page, they’re the first two citizens of “MexAmerica,” a new country uniting Mexico and the United States of America. The burgeoning nation enjoyed its first triumph at WWE h--- in a Cell, where Del Rio dethroned John Cena to become United States Champion, and the returning Superstar has been on a roll ever since. Is MexAmerica destined to dominate Raw?

    B.A.D. news for Natalya
On SmackDown, Team B.A.D. did more than distract Natalya during her anticipated bout with Paige; they delivered a cruel three-on-one beatdown to The Queen of Harts, culminating in an excruciating Bank Statement courtesy of Sasha Banks. Before laying her out, the trio accused Natalya of falsifying her mysterious backstage attack two weeks ago on SmackDown in a grab for attention. Now, it seems, she’s got the full attention of Tamina, Naomi and The Boss.

How will Natalya bounce back this week? Does a Sharpshooter await Sasha on Raw?

    "Pretty" annoying
Tyler Breeze has always been narcissistic, but Prince Pretty has really been kicking things up a notch since joining the main WWE roster last week. Aligning with Summer Rae and repeatedly targeting Dolph Ziggler, it’s clear that “The King of Cuteville” is desperate to show up The Showoff. But why? Is it jealousy that fuels Breeze, or is he simply out to prove that there can only be one flashy, blond-haired Superstar on the roster?

Regardless, expect Ziggler to strike back against the egotistical upstart on Raw. After all, something tells us The Showoff is no stranger to crashing VIP sections.

Don’t miss Raw at 8/7 C on USA Network, and be sure to tune in to Raw Pre-Show at 7:30 ET, only on the award-winning WWE Network.

I can't watch Raw shows. It's at 3 a.m. here and I have a class in 9 a.m. every Tuesday so I'll be watching this s--- tomorrow when I had the time. But I downloaded the 2003 Smackdown episodes and actually those are a lot better than current s---.

Yeappp. Cena was in the beginning of his thugonamics s--- which was the dopest s--- to me. Lesnar was actually talkin' he wasn't depending on Paul Heyman. Big Show was a big deal and Kurt Angle, Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit, Undertaker, Edge were all there at the time.

    - RAW opened with Triple H in the ring with the vacant WWE Championship. He talks about Seth Rollins being injured and that the championship is now up for grabs. Roman Reigns then walked out. Triple H put the championship on the shoulder of Reigns and said that if he joins The Authority then he can have this championship. Reigns turned his offer down.

    - Tournament match: Roman Reigns defeated Big Show.

    - Here is a graphic of the tournament:

    - Tournament match: Kevin Owens defeated Titus O’Neil.

    - Paige cut a backstage promo about her match with Becky Lynch, which is next.

    - Singles match: Becky Lynch defeated Paige with a handful of tights. Post-match, Paige attacked Lynch and applied the PTO on the announce table. This led to Charlotte running down to make the save.

    - Tournament match: Dolph Ziggler defeated The Miz with a superkick.

    - Alberto Del Rio and Zeb Colter cut a promo in the ring about MexiAmerica. Del Rio revealed in this promo that he’ll be facing Stardust on SmackDown in a WWE Title tournament match.

    - Singles match: Natalya defeated Naomi. Post-match, Sasha Banks attacked Natalya and applied the Bank Statement to her.

    - Tournament match: Cesaro defeated Sheamus when Wayne Rooney slapped King Barrett, which distracted Sheamus and Cesaro connected with a running uppercut.

    - Tournament match: Dean Ambrose defeated Tyler Breeze with a small package.

    - Six-man tag team match: The New Day defeated Neville and The Usos.

    - The Wyatt Family is in the ring for the main event segment of the show. Bray Wyatt cuts a promo on The Undertaker and Kane, which led to the two men walking down to the ring. A brawl broke out with Taker and Kane hitting a double chokeslam to Wyatt. The two walked to the back to close the show.

There are returns, and there are returns. The second coming of The Brothers of Destruction at the end of last week’s Raw was the latter. As The Undertaker & Kane’s unholy war against The Wyatt Family reaches its crescendo, the tournament for Seth Rollins’ vacated WWE World Heavyweight Championship has taken a tour into four must-see matches. What awaits the WWE Universe as the road to Survivor Series rounds its final bend? WWE.com previews Monday’s Raw.

    Cesaro and the Romans
In perhaps the biggest wild card of all the quarterfinal tournament matches taking place Monday, Roman Reigns faces Cesaro in a match that may well leave a crater in the Earth when all is said and done. A battle of grassroots support — expect the Cesaro Section to get rowdy for their boy — and what could very well be manifest destiny, the match already has both Superstars, and the WWE Universe, on the edge of their seats. Will fan favorite Cesaro uppercut his way to the semis? Or is the Roman Empire simply too powerful to overthrow?

    Let's get nuts
In an odd twist of fate, Tyler Breeze missed the opportunity to face off with his rival Dolph Ziggler in the semifinals after falling to Dean Ambrose in the round of 16. Now, The Lunatic Fringe has The Showoff in Round 2, and both Superstars are banged up. Ambrose is sporting a sore shoulder; Ziggler’s swiveling around on a wonky leg. It’ll take an especially gritty effort for either man to make it through, and even then, there’s no telling what shape they’ll be in come the semifinals. And that’s if a jilted Breeze doesn’t decide to get involved …

    Little Big Guy
The biggest upset of the tournament yet occurred when Kalisto surprised Ryback on SmackDown to advance to the quarterfinals, where Alberto Del Rio is lying in wait. Given that some of Del Rio’s most timeless confrontations came against Rey Mysterio, it’s safe to say that Kalisto, whose style resembles The Ultimate Underdog, will give the U.S. Champion a terrific fight. But can The King of Flight clear this obstacle to stick his landing in the semis?

    Fight or flight
Fans of NXT should be salivating over this one: The last quarterfinal contest pits two former NXT Champions against each other when Neville (who bested King Barrett) and Kevin Owens (who beat Titus O’Neil) butt heads in a match that has occurred only a handful of times. These two NXT alumni make magic whenever they set foot in the ring, but it’s highly unlikely they’ll be satisfied with simply having a great match. Who will advance to the semis is anyone’s guess, but at least we know that, win or lose, KO’s post-match interview will be on point.

    h--- on earth
“Survivor Series” may end up becoming a very literal name when all is said and done. After The Brothers of Destruction were regurgitated from h--- or wherever Bray Wyatt sent them to, the storied Superstars accepted The Eater of Worlds’ challenge for the fall classic: Two of them against two of his. The Deadman and The Devil’s Favorite Demon's opponents have yet to be selected from Wyatt's flock, but expect the battle lines to become clearer come Monday at 8/7 C, live on USA Network. Then rest in peace … until Survivor Series, of course.

Triple H gonna screw Reigns at Survivor Series and then Ambrose is gonna win the title, but lose it to Sheamus who cashes in.

Kevin Owens beat Neville. Regins probably beat Cesaro. Why are they doing this? Neville is like the most impressive high flyer I've ever seen. He is also very strong and very athletic. And his gimmick is good. He is not a masked toy. I never liked high fliers like Mysterio too much. Cesaro is the one WHO always has the best match on the Show very entertaining to watch him. Why WWE is so obsessed with Reigns and why can't they just let the underdogs win more ?

EDIT: And we all already knew Kevin Owens won't be WWE champ since he is the Intercontinental champ. Same goes for Alberto Del Rio.
