Feb 24, 2023 i see people saying they don’t love the new sound or they want more rage and lowkey it’s true that there is not other song that put me in the same space that Split does but i’m happy that he still gave the vibey dark atmospheric sounds a proper full album versus what we got on lyfe..i think he doesn’t shine as much on shorter projects album gets better and better as the tracklist goes on, sum2do is a pretty popular snippet and i f---ing love it..more than how it go which is prolly just as old i mean..sidenote but yeat has said he has over 16,000 records on his computer but he giving us old music..aite the first time i heard a yeat produced record was green suuuper lowkey but it’s great and to see him taking on entire records by himself on his album is amazing..bad bend is likes that don’t see nobody talking bout watch but mannn this s--- itches a quirk in my brain, s--- is cinematic af it oozes m. night shyamalan shhh straight to the end are all classics and myself is such a beautiful closer..the vibe is nostalgic and feels like completion of a journey, a 22 song 1+ hour journey
