Feb 17, 2017 as long as he has support from the label he will be fine if not it might flop i mean shadows was the first single and i havent heard that anywhere
Feb 17, 2017 Yelawolf isn't a bad artist but his whole 'edgy' persona is the reason people are hesitant to listen to him imo
Feb 17, 2017 Yeah no for sure he is talented and personally I like his music but just the way its presented in his 'redneck hillbilly' way turns a lot of people off
Feb 17, 2017 Wtf does "redneck hillbilly" way mean? If you're talking about his alcoholism, than that's all just his image outside of the music which isn't big enough to cause real damage, all the people hearing about his problems on/off stage are either people who are already fans or are people so dedicated with music that this sort of representation wont affect their opinion on his music much, rather just ammo to use against him If you mean his southern style then that would be a huge part of what makes him interesting, without it he would lose a huge part of his artistic individualality and some fans would turn away, sure some people might turn to like him, but barely any of them would turn to being an actual fan since his southern style was enough to turn them off in the beginning, clearly they didnt see any qualities in his music that are amazing enough to surpass that little observation I will admit that his southern style, alcoholism and dedication to southern ideals are empty points that are easy for someone who dislikes his music to use against him, but they arent really strong enough reasons for someone to dislike his music,
