    Also a RICO charge doesn't even need to involve murder, the DA just needs to establish that there is an organized group of people who do illegal stuff for profit and that the defendant has engaged in illegal activity for and is a member of that organized group.

    hopefully that's "his security guard's gun"

    basically they don't even need to charge him with conspiracy to commit murder they just need to prove he is part of a g--- where someone else conspired to commit murder. Even if he honest to god knew nothing about the murder he would still get 20 years for the RICO charge while the guy who actually did it gets the RICO charge plus a conspiracy to commit murder charge on top of that.

    I'm not an expert on this stuff by any means, but from what I understand from looking through the indictment, the conspiracy to commit murder charge doesn't stem from any actual convo with Thug, just the would-be hitmen discussing how to get permission from Thug:

    So because that convo never happened or was at least not recorded/overheard, Thug can't be isn't charged with it. Thug is only charged with two counts:

    I think it's/it will be similar to the UK drill scene. Half them c---- are like outlawed by police(?)/laws and legislation that say they cannot mention g--- or g--- violence in songs which is a huge spectrum. So half of them censor every 5th word in freestyles before they post them as to not cause a drama. I think (not sure) but ROCO-rappers in US are treated like "Hey we know he's done some s--- in the past but cannot possibly prove it... also here is 72 different bars from 20 different songs that mildly relate to g--- violence occurring at a similar time to th esongs release and enough for us to investigate or link to racketeering if the court judge let's us :^ )"
