I wouldn't say he fell off but I can see why people might say he did. he switches up styles so frequently that some people may only be able to enjoy certain styles and then he moves on to something else

Oversaturation plus the fact that when he tried to slow down his output he lost the unpredictable spark that drew me to him in the first place.

In regards to him being a popstar or something, he's just too fringe I guess. Good Times should've been a break through otherwise.
