Keep Rubin and Alex Da Kid the f--- away from this project and order the guards to shove the bullets down their a--- the moment they're even seen near the studio. For a hot radio single, Call up Weeknd and let Em record in the studio with him ensuring that hook ain't copy pasted, on a hot Metro Boomin' beat. Also ensure that Em records a posse cut with current shady roster on a classic Preemo beat, to be released in August out of nowhere. Also call in other MCs like J.Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Nas, Royce, 50, Dre for features. I'll propose a triple disc album with one side pure Hip hop with Production from Dre, Preemo, No ID and Pete Rock along with Em himself. Features from J.Cole, Nas, Dre. This has him talking about current state of rap, history of hip hop as a genre and expressing his pride that how it has gone on to become the biggest music genre, his retirement, talk about firing his manager who almost brought him down and even dissing him, how he was alnost considering quiting rap after Revival, a fun track, and a track where he disses notable rappers like Earl, Tyler etc who dissed him, talk about what he has learnt from Hip Hop and very little about his other aspects of personal life. Other side is Em spitting on Trap beats only produced by Em, Metro, Southside. And get Kendrick, Royce and 50 as features. This side just has him just spitting bars only, rappity rap s--- on hot trap beats. These two discs will have 10 songs each. Final disc will contain first lot of unreleased material from his golden days. 2 best tracks(One Solo and one collab) from every studio album released making it 18 tracks on disc 3 and 38 tracks in total. Keep updating the fans every f---ing month about the album, indirectly via these photos, videos and cryptic tweets. November 2018: First release the single Ft. The Weeknd to lift sales up. Let Em announce it on some award show as his final album, this very month, a double disc album along with a surprise disc, whose material won't be revealed till yet. Let him perform that Weeknd track on the award show n also debut a hot single Ft. Kendrick from Disc 2 there. Hype the album, single heavily across social media and on Shade 45 and other radio platforms. December Week 1: And in midst of this hype, release a classic unreleased MMLP1/TES track out of nowhere. December Week 2: Help him land a feature on a Kanye/Cole/Kendrick/Drake album where he spits Control verse like stuff where he talks about destroying his competition before his retirement and let him name drop the hottest rappers in the game. Let Em reveal on Shade 45 that he got a few Dre beats left from his last project and the current one on which he's working and just two months before the album release, release an Em x Dre EP made out of those leftover beats, to excite fans, with the last song off it about something shocking that happened to him/in the society to increase buzz in December itself. TV interviews, magazines shoots etc to happen throughout this rollout. And milk a living s--- outta this final album with newspapers too. As the buzz is going, announce the release date, January 2019. Let Em free this entire time and let him appear in sports events too, including an Episode of WWE RAW as a guest, which ends with him and John Cena sharing a moment, rapping. Show ends with the biggest hip hop star and wrestling star sharing screen space. Then in first week of January 2019, Announce Tracklist of 2 CD's and leave a blank space for 3rd disc again, leading to fans question what it's all about and further increasing the hype. Then a week before the release, announce that it has unreleased s--- from all his previous studio albums so that the entire rap community goes bezerk. Finally release the album, let him hang it up like a boss.

Dec 17, 2017 Find a way to resolve the legal issues with the Bass Brothers. Get them to coach em into flowing on a beat again. Have dre and kanye work together to produce modern sounding beats that suit em. Market new album as last album. Don’t let the album be longer than 15 tracks, only features are 2/3 rap features and one song with Rihanna. Also, leading up to the album as promotion drop a bunch of unreleased old bangers from the vault because that would be awesome and why not
