I wonder if Republicans will pass Trumpcare and if that will change things...
Jul 16, 2017 So, anyone want to take guesses on the TrumpCare Crash? When is it going to happen? How far things will fall? How long (if) things recover?
Jul 16, 2017 You think they'll even be able to pass a healthcare bill? Last I read, they don't have the votes and it's pretty much deadlocked between the more conservative republicans and moderate republicans.
Jul 17, 2017 I'm definitely less concerned about whose portfolio gets rekt than the millions of people who won't have access to healthcare. The economy continues to do great for the rich. That's what it's been engineered to do. http://www.cnbc.com/2017/05/12/corporate-profits-just-posted-their-biggest-jump-in-five-years.html
Jul 17, 2017 It will probably happen like it did on the House side when Chaffetz came back after ironically getting a surgery paid for with coverage from tax payers and then voting the deciding vote to kick 10s of millions of Americans off of Healthcare. In about ten days John McCain will comeback from his surgery paid by 100% tax payer money and he will vote his sides deciding vote to kick 10s of millions of Americans off of Healthcare. All because voting to repeal healthcare is the only thing Republican Congressman have talked about and done (70 times) in the last 7 years, knowing Obama would just veto it. They're built up their stupid fans for this moment so much. Republican Govenors and Trump have done everything theu could to weaken Obamacare instead of strengthen it. Now they will decimate the industry that is over 20% of our economy and keeps us alive and healthy. With no regard to stock holders, business owners, hospital administrators, doctors, nurses and people. Then the new tax cuts will come and the .01% will buy more $80 million paintings. To pass a bill that is polling at 12%... That they know they shouldn't pass. Chaffetz the complete partisan a------ scumbag was the deciding vote in the House bill a month ago... He isn't a Congressman anymore and works for Fox News. Anyways... The Secret Service set Trump Jr up and the Wall has to be invisible or Americans will get hit in the head when Mexicans throw 60 pound bags of uncut cocaine over it.
Jul 17, 2017 People who are against these sort of healthcare plans and who aren't rich have clearly never needed to be in hospital
Jul 17, 2017 @reservoirGod the bill is dead. Senators jerry moran & mike lee both announced that they oppose the bill. Thank god....
Jul 17, 2017 I know. Thank, Christ. If he was a real President he would know that would take 60 votes in the Senate.
Jul 17, 2017 Mitch McConnel is going to allow the senate to vote on appealing Obamacare this week with a delayed replacement. This guy is a monster.
Jul 17, 2017 I seen that... Repeal it with a 2 year delay... He should know the Senate rules better than me... But the ACA had to be and was passed at 60 votes... I don't see how repealing it can be done with 50. Still don't seei a 2 year delay repeal would pass. Think is just beating his chest because Paul Ryan looked so stupid the first the ACHA failed in the House... And Ryan just threw his hands in the air and said Republicans are too srupid to legislate and Obamacare is still thr law of the land.
Jul 18, 2017 as painful as it is that Donald Trump is president, I take great solace in the fact that he is very bad at his job
Jul 18, 2017 3 gop senators said no. Repeal in 2 years is dead. Obamacare is the law of the land. Trump is and has been sabotaging Obamacare... Maybe we should see if he is doing that on behalf of Putin.
Jul 18, 2017 This was from the day the Republicans failed to repeal the ACA in the house with the ACHA: And this is from yesterday when the Republicans failed to repeal the ACA with the BRCA in the Senate:
