Recovery is miles above this... like every song on recovery is listenable even songs like W.T.P and So Bad...
MMLP2 was outstanding on the first listen but lacked replay value. We even thought it would be the 3rd or 4th.
Relapse aged like fine wine and even then it had a solid basis this album is everywhere in a bad way.. the hooks are terrible (minus the ed sheeran one) the mixing is laughable, soundcloud level.


This album... The flows are f---ing dreadful, its everywhere it's like the Shady XV song but x19 essentially. He really has forgot how to flow and how to make a good song and this could be forgiven BUT.. Lets look at the intro and the lead single to the album

WALK ON WATER....
I praised this song for Em's self-awareness and vulnerability. He admits he's not the man he once was but he's trying to reach them hights again. The delivery is raw and the song doesn't sound forced at all.. The ending sequence in the third verse was perfect and a tear jerker. He says in the song and i quote "Im trying not to ruin your expectations and meet them" then addresses songs where we are critical of his shouting etc. What does he then do to follow up from this song? Release 18 other songs that literally ruin the "Legacy, love and respect" he took so long to garner. Every song is f---ing whack, Castle is the best song and thats disjointed and mixed poorly.


Hopsin released a better project than Eminem in
XXXTentacion released a project better than Eminem let that sink in....
G-EAZY released a better project than Eminem
All you lyrical miracle f--s are stupid if you think this album is anything close to any Future or Thugger project cos it really isnt.

This is literally the worst album hes ever made and possibly the worst album ive heard in a long a--- time..

I've skipped 4 f---ing songs and i dont even remember what songs they were.

Rick rubin is a cuck
Dr Dre is a cuck
Eminem is a cuck
Paul Rosenberg is a cuck

EVEN songs like Wee Wee and Fack are better put together than every song on this album but Walk on water.

Yeah I haven't heard a song on this album I liked to be transferred to my iPod. This is awful. I didn't think he could get any worse than shady x, no favors, but he sure does know how to reach new lows.

I heard it on my tablet with s-----y quality and on good closed ear headphones. The latter makes for a good experience, the first makes his voice standout to much and the songs just don't sound the same. I you don't listen to it on a good stereo-set or headphone you're ruining you're first listening experience.

Also, the last 3 songs are on When I'm Gone/Deja Vu level lyrically/emotionally. That's right: the last THREE songs!

I agree. Stans are in denial/r-----ed. This is his worst album by a long shot. I truly wish it was never released because as a longtime fan I care about his legacy. I dont find it very funny how bad this s--- is unlike encore. I liked relapse, recovery was cool at first but didnt age well, mmlp2 s----d a--- for me but all are better than this. Encore is far better than this album, encores low points are atleast aware of how s--- they are. On encore em seemed like he was kinda f---ing with everyone on those s-----y songs. This album has em doing terrible songs that he seems to think are good. Its an embarrassing listen. Its actually sad if anything, I grew up listening to Eminem and his prime will always be considered the best ever for me but this s--- is disheartening. Ruined my day. This is more of a surprise than encore was imo.

This album will not grow on people like Relapse and mmlp2 did. This s--- will always be terrible. Not an overreaction, its one of the worst albums I have heard in recent years from an artist this big, maybe the worst.

I always backed Eminem up when releasing new s--- and other people bashing him, but this album f---ing sucks. Holy s--- what a let down
I only like 4 f---ing tracks and those tracks arent even really really good. What the f--- man. And somebody please s---t Rick Rubin. f--- his beats. I really hope he'll bring out 1 more album all beats produced by himself and Dre. Back to the old days. Great rhyming and great beats. Thats all.
