    googled it, nothing comes up about it being cancelled, a BAO fest is cancelled this month but says "Though it’s not all bad news for music fans in Dubai this October. This month will see live performances from Rita Ora, Ruful Du Sol and Disclosure as part of W Dubai – The Palm’s Wake Up Call festival, Eminem will perform in Abu Dhabi, and the first two-day version of Party in the Park will see Fatboy Slim headline on Thursday October 31 at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre."
