Advice on dealing with one of my worst nights ever

    Not sure if this fits here or more in off-topic
    but I am having a s--- time. Persistent headache all day and it's gotten so bad I can't sleep or even lay down. I've basically been up all night. Would have got an aspirin but there ain't any left.
    worried bc tomorrow I have some work and if I can't fix this I'm f-----.
    Looking for some tips or advice. Thanks

    Nah not really. On occasion with late nights but that's it. Maybe just have low tolerance

    A headache usually stems from lack of something, hydrate yourself, eat something, get a bit of caffeine in you, and try to relax and at least get a nap in. I get mean f---in headaches from lack of sleep sometimes but it's only if I sleep like three hours three nights in a row then I'll get a wicked headache, I also get bad ones when I haven't drank enough water. Also try squeezing and rubbing the area between your index finger and thumb that will help alleviate the headache for the time being

    If it keeps happening talk to your doctor about migraines but to solve a headache number one step is hydrate, number two is sleep, number three is eat. If those don't work it's something more complicated than a normal headache

    In addition to hydrating/eating/sleeping, get some Excedrin or a similar OTC migraine medication. If you get any more symptoms definitely get tested for COVID.

    First thing I would do before I died from a brain aneurysm is to ask a bunch of strangers on a hip hop forum what they thought I should do. It's a headache. You have two choices. Take an advil, if it doesn't do anything go to the doctor. Tell him Worm sent you. He'll know what it means

    Don't know if you're joking, but the rapid movement will make a headache worse - having someone else jerk you off or getting a blo-jo- will solve a headache after you orgasm, however.
