Jun 12, 2018 i got a two year warranty on some dre beats. My roomates cat ate them. I was wondering if the warranty covers that.
Jun 12, 2018 I honestly have no idea, because I'm sure every country has its own policies regarding that. As far as I know, where I'm from a warranty will not do you much good with physical damage done to the product. Warranties were mostly for when stuff malfunctions and has some internal issues. As far as breaking s--- yourself, that's more of an insurance thing. You have to pay extra. But like I said. I'm not American, it might be different where you're from. I suggest contacting their tech support. Also how the f--- does a cat eat a whole pair of beats?
Jun 13, 2018 Then you might have a chance to get them repaired or replaced. Because if you paid extra then it's not just a warranty, that's considered an insurance where I'm from. Honestly, just reach out to their tech support and ask them.
Jun 13, 2018 If you abuse warranty policy a dr dre lookalike will personally come to your home and reenact the dee barnes incident.
