    It's a very different take, with completely different moods even though the lyrics are almost identical. I definitely wouldn't play Erykah version at a party, but it's wayy better for lounging. I think they're both great at what they're trying to do.

    i actually really like this version

    very chill

    i haven't really listened to hotline bling at all and kind of avoided it because it was literally everywhere. but i'd cop this version
