I'm still surprised many people consider this part of his decline.

It's got the bangers: John, It's Good, Megaman, Blunt Blowin, She Will
It's got the meaningful songs: Nightmares of the Bottom, How to Love, Mirror, President Carter

And one of the most lyrical songs he ever created: 6 Foot 7 Foot.

Perhaps the biggest mistake was getting renegaded on the Intro track and having to cleverly split it up.

    Weak album? No.

I think C4 was just as good, if not better than C3. Except part of the difference between the two's reputation is based on context. C3 was his big breakthrough album C4 had the expectation of not only following up a classic, but having to make up for the atrocious Rebirth album and the decent (but quickly scrapped together) IANAHB album.

One of my all time favorite albums and my second favorite Wayne album. It was the first album of his I listened to, and I absolutely fell in love with it and still love it to this day. In fact, I’m gonna relisten tomorrow, it’s way too overheated, there’s a lot of great songs on here and his wordplay is still top-notch

Good album that's better than it's made out to be, I can see why someone would be disappointed by it though. It had a lot to live up to as a new Carter album and doesn't meet the standard set by the first three.

Meh, Carter 4 was pretty much Carter 3 part 2. It sounded identical musically.
