Coincidence vs Fate

    Do you believe everything/things happen for a reason, or that it's all coincidence?

    I mean this both in general and in certain situations you've experienced where this could be a question

    I believe in both I guess, I think free will is real but if you look deep enough into anything the entire thing falls apart. Like free will is real because you can choose A or B but you make decisions based on your past situations that you didn't necessarily choose like your birth etc. so I don't know

    Yeah agree with this. But like a certain small situation, a few weeks ago I was thinking about a girl I know, like I haven't thought of in a while and at that moment I run into her. I think thats just a coincidence but it is kinda weird
