    Anyone playing?

    My first Deus Ex game... I know the series is legendary but always reminded of Half-life so I never gave it a shot. New game seems cool but I'm only in the tutorial part. So far it feels like if Metal Gear Solid and Skyrim had a baby. Pretty legit.

    They immediately start talking about the Illuminati during the start cutscene I started loling
    And idk Deus Ex 1 always gave me Half-life vibes... just the old school shooter s--- not story wise

    Really? Haha and nah I just found it funny cuz the Half Life series is considered on of the goat video games and you acted like it being similar to Half Life was a bad thing.

    Half-Life and Deus Ex 1 are different beasts altogether. In Half-Life you just s---t things but in Deus Ex you have to use strategy, skill, decision making. It's very tough, it's like as if an RPG and an FPS had a baby.

    Human Revolution was boring as s--- to me so I don't play it anymore. Lost a lot of interest for that game despite it's good intentions.

    Yea I figured that was why... I never gave Half-life a proper go tbh
    Half-life and Chrono Trigger are the 2 GOAT games that I've never played

    Everyone says Portal 1 and 2 are GOAT too but f--- a puzzle game
