    really hoping this isn't real, but police are investigating it now (7 years later), tying it to a missing persons report who was last seen in the same clothing around the same time that this was originally posted.

    I suspect it's fake. that dude meeting a girl and getting her home with him on the same day, after being at the mall? nah. also the way he just acts and talk, make it seem like it's just really dark humour to me.
