Jun 17, 2017 the whole grime scene/culture is way more rich im a huge fan of garage/jungle/uk based dance music too and im from the uk so i guess its just more my taste than the eshay-ness of aussie rap music

Jun 17, 2017 well yeah without sounding like a fuckwit, aussie hip hop is a lot more grimey then grime atm. i think it's just the climate, like the esh lads are dealing with m--- epidemics, where as most of grime is like "i smoke weed and sell drugs" kinda territory. If you look into the right artists though theres some sick as artists who are very much on the same page as a typical UK grime artist, just more aussie-e but ur also a filthy immigrant and if your nationalistic pride is half as strong as mine you will favour grime forever and my words are pointless continue
Jun 17, 2017 loool yea its just that. it just resonates with me way more and appeals to me on that lvl im sure theres heaps of talent and tech ability in the aus scene but itll never be my taste like the culture i was kinda born into i guess
