Mar 29, 2018 Idk if I’m just an idiot or what but my back has been messed up for years and yet everytime back day comes around at the gym I feel the need to try deadlifts lol
Mar 29, 2018 I pinched two nerves in my back from heavy lifting when I used to work in food business and could barely stand at times. Since then I've lost weight and even would work out including deadlifts granted I could only do say 125/130 pounds maybe but I would say take it slowly. I did two set 10 reps each time.starting with 50 pds and worked up.
Mar 29, 2018 I fractured one of my lower vertebrae in high school and worked myself back up to 225 and tried 315 yesterday for the first time in a long time and I almost collapsed to the floor in pain lol
