drake knows people who got locked up for trying to give the cure to the public, so hes afraid of going to prison but hes also burdened by the loss of friends and family that died from not having this information, catch 22

There’s definitely a cure out there. Look how long they kept senior george bush alive, after all the medical problems he had. Cancer helps keep world population down a little so in the governments eyes; it’s necessary. Which sucks because my grandfather died from it at only 60. His brother also died from it. You have to be part of the elite to get certain special cures.
Honestly some cbd oil while you’re healthy would be good to take a daily dose of it, to help prevent cancer. The oils you drop under your tongue I guess have good results for killing cancer cells over time. You have to take care of yourself to a point and can’t trust the government to solve all your problems. I didn’t even call the cops when money was stolen out of my car before. I don’t trust them planting something in my car and planting bugs around my house. I’ll deal with the person next time myself when I catch him.

Those Drake lyrics may be stretching it, however. Maybe he’s talking about a gun with those lyrics.
