    Not getting enough sleep is a serious issue, it can have some pretty serious effects on your day-to-day. You should talk to your doctor, they may be able to prescribe some sleep aids and help get you back on track.

    I get sleep I just dont like when someone wakes me out of my sleep...I'm a light sleeper too

    you could always try some earplugs or wearing headphones when you sleep!
