Aug 23, 2016 Okay, so it says I need a BIOS File, but can only get it from an actual working physical version of the console. Is there any way I can just extract it from an alternate online source like a mirror link? Also, I just want to know whether or not I'm wasting my time. Because I don't have a console. But I have a computer with a decent graphics card I wanted to test out. Someone please walk me through this. I'll love you forever. Thanks a lot in advance, good people!
Aug 23, 2016 i've gotten ps1 emulators working, never 2. afaik you need a console. there might be a way though. found some interesting info briefly googling ps2 bios

Aug 23, 2016 Oh. No worries. My computer is only 2 years old and has 12GB of RAM. Dell XPS with an Intel Inside Core 17 Processor and 1TB of Storage Space on The Hard Drive. I once tried to do something similar with a PC which was like 5 generations too old already by then. I haven't tried working with this stuff since I was 18. I was big on that stuff and I'm just now getting back into it all. I really appreciate all of the assistance, Technological SectionEighty Community. Very insightful.

Aug 24, 2016 I'm actually able to play the games with graphics 4x as defined as the original resolutions. Those are some pretty nifty-neat pixelated prospects. This is going to be pretty d--- cool. Kinda sad I can't go the full 5x higher. One behind shall do. EDIT: Only 3x actually. Meh. I guess it could be worse. Better than not having a console at all, which was what I was dealing with before. *Sighs* Still kinda disappointed, but this shall do.
