Jul 15, 2017 http://www.hotnewhiphop.com/eminem-...fter-the-defiant-ones-release-news.35068.html Eminem and Dr. Dre capitalize on their success. Two hip-hop legends were given a big boost in their album sales because of a recent film project. Eminem and Dr. Dre, who first worked together on "My Name Is," have seen their albums rise on the Hip-Hop Album and Singles charts where iTunes sales are concerned. According to recent data, Dre's The Chronic has hit No. 6 on the album chart for the genre, while Em has taken over spots 11 through 13 with The Eminem Show, The Marshall Mathers LP and The Slim Shady LP respectively. The duo have performed well this week in terms of song sales too. Their collaboration "Forgot About Dre" has once again cracked the Top 40 hip-hop singles on iTunes, while no less than fourteen songs that credit at least one of them as either a performer or producer have reportedly entered the Top 100. Praise the dynamic duo that is Em and Dre. Would be nice if they rode the hype of this and released new music but neither Aftermath or Shady would have that much sense.
Jul 15, 2017 So hard for me to imagine younger people not knowing who Dre and Em were till they see a documentary, but I'm sure that's true in many cases.
