The home he 'barely lived in' is officially off the market. According to Realtor and Zillow, Eminem sold the six-bedroom, 7 bathroom home for $1.9 million back in September, almost a full month after it was originally listed. In 2003 he bought the 21-room house for a little less than $5 million. The 2016 property taxes were $70,000 with a tax assessment of $1.7 million, according to Zillow.

Nov 15, 2017 wow shocked that he could only get 2million for that...I know Detroit real estate is cheap but he should have broken even considering people would be buying the mansion based off of the previous owner....unless theres a bunch of problems with it
Nov 15, 2017 Pretty sure that's not the house that was sold, the house that was sold is not on a main road and it has a gate and guard post, it was previously owned by the CEO of Kmart so ppl couldn't just walk right up to his door without jumping a fence and sneaking by a guard
