Dec 13, 2017 Gonna keep it short. PROS: he's tried a lot of new stuff, like the trappy flow, tryna be new school and s---. The album is better mixed than the previous one. It's not all over the place like MMLP2. There are some pure gems in the album, like Castle and Arose. A few not-too-poppy single-worthy tracks are also there. There's a Relapse typa track in there as well. CONS: Choppy flow. Lack of emotion. Unnecessary rhymes. Basically everything we criticized in the past few years are here. A few s--- tracks. (The phresher track, Pink track, etc). Nothing funny or that clever compared to his previous albums. But on the other hand we gotta actually give him props for trying something new instead of just dissing everyone and being immature and s---. He's legit tried do something different, for a change. And he's pulled off a bit better than he did with Recovery. And as an album, it's better than MMLP2, but when taking separate songs into consideration, MMLP2 is better. Overall, Not something with too much replay value. 5/10 Expect metacritic to give this around 60/100 Best tracks: Arose, Castle, River, Framed, Believe. And we probably gonna come back a few years later and rate this a bit higher than we do now. What do you think of the album???
