Nov 10, 2017 From 2010 - 2011, there was a series of major earthquakes in my city, about 5 of them over a year. Then last year I scored this mean job in this coastal town, and on my first night there an even bigger earthquake hit and f----- everything up. So i kinda of feel like i attract earthquakes. The worst part about them is not from the initial disaster but the effects on mental health that last for years afterwards. who else has lived through a natural disaster?
Nov 10, 2017 got some remnants of hurricane sandy a few years ago. s--- ripped a huge 20+ year old pine tree out of my front yard like it was nothing
Nov 10, 2017 tbh im glad i got to experience them but now every time I feel the ground move (from a truck driving pass or construction work etc) my heart drops.
Nov 10, 2017 I feel like severe floods would be the one of the worst disasters to live through, with an earthquake etc you just got to get through the initial shake - where in a flood everything fukn wet & smelly for weeks
Nov 10, 2017 I was spared from flooding both times luckily. Although i know plenty of people and went to houses that weren’t so lucky. Helped rescue some people and deliver supplies. Also every road was underwater. s--- s----d.
