Mar 30, 2018 I usually cop whatever came out this week: Lil Durk Weeknd Conway Rich The Kid Styles P DJ Esco Don Trip Curren$y I'm interested in the Don Trip and Conway projects by default. Rich The Kid had good singles so I gave that a spin. Rest of it gets played in the background while I'm doing stuff to see if anything catches my ear. Older stuff I just get a hold of when I'm in the mood for it. I've mostly been focusing on newer stuff though. Besides some Three 6 and some classic 50.
Mar 30, 2018 Honestly, I've been struggling to figure out what to listen to lately, and end up putting on the most recent albums I downloaded and played to death already, or a goto playlist.
Mar 30, 2018 Like Charlie said I'll usually just work through what's dropped recently If it's a dry week, I tend to skim through my library until I see something that interests me, then just let it take me from there. Like recently I started out listening to UGK, then got to Steal Your Mind and was like "Oh, Snoop" so started listening to assorted Snoop albums, got to Da Game Is To Be Sold and started listening to various Master P/No Limit albums off of that, heard a Birdman feature so started listening to Big Tymers, Hot Boys feature so started listening to Wayne and so on.

Mar 30, 2018 If a new album just dropped that I've been anticipating, obviously I'll just listen to that that. But most of the time I just go by what sort of mood I'm in. If all else fails I'll just set my phone on shuffle.

Mar 30, 2018 I don't listen to a ton of music anymore but when I do it's usually in the car, at the gym or going for a walk and in those cases I just put the ipod on shuffle and stop on the songs I feel like listening to at the time.

Mar 30, 2018 I used to ritualistically listen to the newest music but I lack the time for that now so I just throw my iPod on shuffle and see what comes up--It's fun, it goes from Pixies to DOOM to Justice and so on, overall so much variety
Mar 30, 2018 Music sucks today. Regardless of genre. Plain and simple. Horrible albums with zero artistry or interesting frontmen. The days of stars with an original vision and engaging sound are long over. It's all s--- singles made to collect streams and rushed watered down albums. Hoping Book of Ryan inspires, but Royces history of s-----y LPS leaves doubt.
