How is a meditation retreat like?

    How much time do you spend there? Do they have rooms? Do you sleep in the same room with other people? Can I go by myself if Im only 17?

    I went on something called Vipassana in India a couple years ago. You just sit with your eyes closed and focus on bodily sensations for 10 hours a day 10 days in a row. It's kind of horrible, but still a valuable experience.

    soo much time? I dont think id like that. Maybe 2 hours a day, but 10? nah
