Dec 9, 2016 Soundscape is a little more similar to the stuff Kenny's been doing, so are the topics. Theres way more layers to this album than I think people realize. J Cole has finally proven he can create a concept album from a specific point of view and through this concept, address different social issues, extremely similar to Kendrick's albums. Not only that but I think this is some of the best storytelling weve ever heard from Cole, especially carrying a story across an entire album. I think its finally fair to say Him and kendrick are at least very close to the same level, if not the same level. They could definitely create an album together in which we would get what we have come to expect from kendrick with social topics and now Cole could do the same. This album has proven to me that Cole and kendrick are definitely on levels close to each other, if not the same level altogether. If Kendrick drops a new album early next year like i expect, we should expect a Cole Kendrick album not longer after. Thoughts?
Dec 9, 2016 And what level is that? If Cole and Kendrick try and make a album together bet Cole would be in the studio the entire time folding clothes.
