This track is amazing from two different perspectives, it illustrates when two different individuals come to accept and understand one another by putting themselves in each others shoes. It can end racism. Listen and voice your opinions on this super hot fire track.

The rapper Joyner Lucas also mentions Em from two different point of views about the BET Cypher quoting

    White perspective:
"I heard Eminem's rap at the awards, who's he fightin' for?
Y'all can take that MFer too, he ain't white no more"

    Black perspective:
"When Eminem went against Trump, that was the illest
'Cause even though he's white, he let us know he standin' with us"

This shouldn't be in the Eminem section. Joyner is better now than Eminem has been in 15 years.

This has been all over social media for the past couple days. It’s cool as a song but I do take issue with the message it’s sending & how the guy portrayed the white guy. It’s dope though.

There's nothing wrong with how it was portrayed, the message being sent is both people view the other side as the enemy but at the end they learn they're in this together, kinda corny but how is it negative?

It is a shame Rodney King died. He would be making a KILLING giving interviews if he were alive today. (Being serious)

    Watch this:

The video equates both sides/arguments as if they’re on equal footing. The whole idea of having open dialogue/discussions with each other is fine but the white guy being portrayed here is racist to the extreme. Those type of people do not deserve to be heard out. Their views are detrimental & should be ignored. There’s no common ground to be reached with people like that.

I didn't take it as they're on equal footing, I took it as they're two different people who hate the other for their own reasons, should the guy have just been some liberal pro-black lives matter young white dude? What would the point of that be?

No. He could have portrayed an average white guy from rural America instead of some stereotypical racist who calls black people the n-word. It still could have maintained the same message & could have talked about the concerns the white guy has (BLM/Dallas Shooting/white guilt/poverty etc.). The issue here is he took the most extremist/stereotypical racist white guy & sent this message that we should reason with people like them. Nah.

Even the second verse was problematic though. The bit about “kool aid & fried chicken” is pretty embarrassing after all the falsehoods uttered in the first verse.
