Not nearly as big as the green movement but the green movement was focused in Tehran. These protests have been focused in Qom & Mashhad which are government strongholds & are viewed as “religious centers.” It’ll be interesting to see how this plays out. Most of the protestors are young adults so it’s unlikely that this will turn into a revolution but it’ll interesting to see wether the government can squash protests or if they give in to some of the demands.

If Obama was still in office, he would send another 400 million to Iran’s government to fight the protesters. What in the f--- were they thinking during that Iranian deal before he left office

I assume you’re making reference to the Iran deal & how the removal of sanctions unfroze hundreds of millions of dollars for the Iranians. Yeah, that was never our money silly. Obama never sent $400 million dollars to Iran.
