Dude who cares about autotune? There's this stigma against it for really no reason. The song sounds good, i don't care if he's using autotune or playing the f---ing banjo. It's enjoyable to listen to. End of story.

I'm a pretty big atheist, and I criticize religion all the time, but to dismiss a work of art because you don't agree with the artist's beliefs is pretty narrow minded imo...

anyway, I'm loving the song so far. Very powerful and heartfelt. Is this confirmed on the album?

When you think about how rote these generational collaborations tend to me (Gaga/Bennett, s--- even Genius Loves Company), that's what makes something like Only One so compelling... It's a fresh addition to both West and McCarthy's individual discographies.

Initially I thought their work together might be a gimmick... but Only One succeeds by fusing both artist's sensibilities in a complementary way. Like, if you dig inside Only One's DNA, you see hints of something like Hey Jude's tone and impact.

From being a stan of yeezy and knowing how much emotion is behind the "tell nori about me" part makes this song so special. It feels like kanye finally accepting the loss of his mom through the birth of north. Song is way too beautiful.

Yeah, people like that make us nonbelievers look bad. I'd find it extremely boring to only listen to artists who shared the same metaphysical beliefs as me. It's art, just appreciate a different perspective. It's not like he's preaching about how we should all accept Jesus or burn in h---.
