      i agree that they improved as time passed. their later albums are definitely better than the earlier ones. dude, i saw paul mccartney in concert this year. he was a great performer, especially considering he's in his early 70's.

        1) Abbey Road
        2) Revolver
        3) Sgt. Peppers
        4) White Album
        5) Rubber Soul
        6) Let It Be
        7) Magical Mystery Tour
        8) Help!

        ..the rest. Abbey road is my favorite album of all time, so it stays at number 1, but 2-5 shift around. All are classics

        they're one of the few musical acts where many of their albums were so good.....it makes it very difficult for me to choose which ones i like the most. my favorite is abbey road as well. but if i had to name their most underrated album/the one that doesn't get talked about enough........it would be please please me

        PPM was great for its time, but stacked up against their later work, it pales in comparison so miserably. It is fascinating to look back and see how much, and how quickly, they developed from PPM to even just Rubber Soul, which only came out like 3 years after. Crazy how fast they grew and improved.
