I was just gonna make a thread where I ask "what's everyone's most cherished piece of music?"

This album is mine. I loved it when I was a kid, felt like I was listening to something special and different to what was out at the time.

Once the subject matter became a mirror that paralleled my reality when I was in college, The College Dropout grew all the more special to me. I practically admit this helped push me to finish my education altogether, thanks Ye.

Family Business is still the one on this for me. What a f---ing album. Who woulda ever thought his career would turn out the way it did when this dropped? All the ups and downs. Crazy.

My favorite Kanye album. Copped it first day at Best Buy. I saw him backup Talib Kweli in concert a year before CD dropped. In that time, the hype for the album was fever pitch but it lived up to the hype.
