Jun 3, 2017 There are about 70-75 NS MCs at least that are better than LL as an overall MC , maybe even 100+ are better than him if you compare without bias. He is a legend for introducing pop-rap and winning a few battles with mostly lowly skilled MCs , being a legend doesnt make him top 25 of all time , it just means hes made contributions to the genre. Being a legend doesnt mean hes a great MC also , he is an average MC with an inconsistent discography. But he has no room to talk about NS hip hop when 1. He doesn't open his mind to listen to it 2. He cant adapt to the NS and is stuck in the past and 3. A lot of NS rappers would shed him on the mic. f--- these old school hating clowns man , open your intuition and mind , dont whine like past minded historian c----. He isnt the only one but he is one of the bigger names. I cant believe Joe Budden didnt call him out for it smh he just put "hes a legend" as his argument. Kool Moe Dee is considered a legend but about 35000 NS MCs could shed him. Being a "legend" doesnt mean hes a highly skilled MC. Even G-Eazy would wipe him on the mic. LL isnt that good.
