    And Atlanta produces 25. The only difference is that New York's best talent, imo, don't keep in line with popular trends. Most of them are throwbacks like Bronson, Droog, Woods, Elucid, Ka etc. So you notice the one hit wonders, because the best they have to offer don't produce "hits" at all.

    Lol, no. NYC is dead last. Their sound has been relegated to very niche circles. Anybody who blows out of there is just copying the south. f---in' Canada and the UK are above NYC.

    The west has guys rediscovering the bay, rediscovering g-funk, and going platinum on updating those sounds.
