As much music 2016 has brought us, naturally there are projects that were generally overrated



Smoke DZA is up there with the most overrated mcs so it doesnt surprise me that this made my list. This album is overrated from the rhymes, to the beats by the legend Pete Rock, to the features. Anyone who is a fan of hip hop should hate this album

This album got overrated by the antics Game usually gets into once it's album rollout time but it is actually some of Games most overrated work. After listening to this I understand why he's so s---. This project is a great balance of re used bars, forced nostalgic allusions, old school samples, personal stories, and overrated production.
