    I wanted him back but the Clippers are a lot closer to winning the the Celtics, so I get why he went with them.

    Pierce chose Clips for a few reasons, but I'm sure the biggest were to contend and to be back w/ the homie Doc Rivers

    Former Louisville basketball star Montrezl Harrell helped save a motorist from an overturned, smoking vehicle this weekend, U of L sports information director Kenny Klein confirmed Monday evening.

    Klein, in a series of tweets, said Harrell, who was drafted this summer by the Houston Rockets, kicked out a window in the overturned car, retrieved a fire extinguisher and waited for emergency personnel to arrive.

    There are not more details immediately available.

    @Jet Jimmy went off last night, had a lot of great things to say after the game as well. As much as I hate to admit it, I think this is his team now. :lol6:
    As for Butler, he consistently has stated his desire to add leadership to his already full plate throughout training camp.

    "I have to do it," Butler said. "I think Derrick is the quiet one. Jo is the emotional one. Someone has to be that guy to be calm and lead while still producing at both ends. Easy? Probably not. But somebody has to do it. I have to do it."

    "We have a couple of guys who are quiet by nature. And nothing's wrong with that," Butler said. "Guys lead with their emotions if it's Jo, with their play if it's Derrick and Pau. Pau has won championships. But you need a guy who's going hard every night and is going to back up what he's talking about. And I definitely think it's going to be me."

    Sullinger supposedly had some sort of weight loss intervention in the off season with his whole family lol. Didn't see much of a difference in him yesterday though.

    Chad's not the biggest Kobe fan but that's just disrespectful. But...you know, Hibbert is more valuable as a center than Kobe is a shooting guard because Kobe is, well, a liability on defense at his age.

    I have to imagine Paul Pierce & Vince Carter will be higher on the list. If Kobe's healthy he'll be much better than either of them this season.

    Patiently waiting for them to disrespect D Rose next.
