Nov 24, 2015 Haven't seen much hype for Just Cause 3. s--- looks amazing but just not ready to move on from FO4 yet. Anyone else getting that overwhelming feeling from open world games? I mean I love them but I feel like it's getting to the point I can't keep up. I'm looking forward to welcoming Uncharted and Tomb Raider when that comes to PS.
Dec 18, 2015 YES! Thank you sir. I explain this to my friends all the time. I am so glad I bought a Wii U. I didn't think I'd play it much but it's fantastic. The reason being? Not only are the Nintendo exclusives amazing but I can just pick up and play get my fix and get back to my schedule. Open world games now are HUGE. I lose interest in them or just don't have the time for them. Skyrim for example was massive. I'd play it and get bored of it then come back 6 months later and it would be addicting again. Witcher 3 I just didn't have the time to put into it so I sold it to get some money back. Currently I've started MGS:V but even then I played it and then couldn't play again until 2 weeks after. I love open world games but from a pick up and play to get fix standpoint it's just not realistic.
Dec 19, 2015 Ive been thinking about trading on my Xbox one for a wii u. But I've have to walk out with a console and a few wii games. There isn't any real xbox one exclusives that make me want to keep it.
Dec 19, 2015 With my WIi U I got: Mario Kart 8 Yoshi's Woolly World Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze Super Mario 3D Worlds (Came with system) Nintendoland (came with system) New Super Mario Bros Wii U Super Mario Maker Super Smash Bros Wii U I plan to buy Zelda: Twilight Princess in March as I never finished my Gamecube version and that's packed away somewhere in my closet. It's incredible if you can have a bunch of people over to. 4 player mario kart is hilarious. The platforming in New Super Mario World Wii U is excellent. Yoshi's Woolly World is an excellent successor to Yoshi's Island on SNES. I haven't played much of DK Tropical Freeze (Which is funny because that was one of the games I wanted the system for) but it's challenging. Super Mario 3D Worlds is a cool game, not as deep as Super Mario Galaxy but it's a fun and innovative 3D game. The awesome thing of all these games? You can play with 1-4 players with them (except YWW and DKTF those are only 2 players max). I mean graphics wise obviously PS4/X-Box One take the cake. But Wii U's graphics still look great, they are more Nintendo like anyways (cartoony) than real life of say NBA 2K16 or MGS:V. But I would totally recommend getting it. I wasn't sure about getting one because I didn't think I'd play it ever. I played Mario Kart 8 at a friends in the summer and was hooked. If you have a GF to they usually like to play as well since it's easier and more friendly compared to the 45 controls that go with certain PS4 games. My GF and I are getting far in Yoshi Woolly World (My own personal file I'm on world 3, with her we're on World 5 lol).
Jan 6, 2016 CoD Black Ops 3 came in the mail today. Add me up if you down to play here and there: Clive_Maybach EDIT: Ended up selling it, members can still add if you want to.

Feb 9, 2016 Any mirrors Edge fans? wasn't sure if its worth making a thread about, but you can now sign up for a chance to play the closed beta over at EA http://www.mirrorsedge.com/beta/ Also, new trail looking sick af
Feb 22, 2016 Have you played the other MGS games? If not, you're not only missing out on one of the greatest series of all time but MGS5 will not resonate as greatly with you. If so....MGS5 is one of the greatest games that has came out this gen thus far. Definitely 'worth getting'
Feb 22, 2016 I have always kept close eye to the series, but never got round to buying any of the games, apart from peace walker on PSP, which I loved and planning to get my PSP to play it again when I go home this weekend.
Feb 22, 2016 I spent all weekend playing the Division Beta. Safe to say, I will be playing this game a lot when I drops.
Feb 22, 2016 I really like it. I'm not a huge MGS guy though. But I bought it on Black Friday and enjoyed it. It's open world and can be very fun. Problem with games now a days is they're just so big. I think I'm on mission 8 and I had sunk like easily 20 hours into the game. It's a great game, I just need time to play it.
