Jan 11, 2018 So 2-3 Christsmas' back, my older sister (26) gifted me a 40in tv screen (I'm 19 btw). A few days ago she took it away from me because she was angry with me because she "didn't like how I treated her." So around 10am January 10th, I went to her room and just took it back. She says it's not my tv because she hasn't finished making payments on it, which is a lie because she told me she took it away since she didn't like how I treated her. So who's TV is it? Her Tv because she bought it, or mine because she gifted it to me for Christmas. I told her its legally mine. Jan 11, 2018 SHE PAID FOR THAT TV, SHE'S THE OWNER, if you both go to the trail, she won't be condenmed for stealing because she owns that TV, she has the receipt that proves it and even this case is so stupid and childish that it doesn't have to go too far, and are you both adults ? , just don't cry like a kid and be more respectful with your sister, it's your fault anyways if she gets mad with you.
