Feb 16, 2020 I'm bouncing around listening to so many different artists now, I can't even keep up with myself. Planing on using this thread to post whatever song is with me for the day. Lets see how long it goes for... Lets start with a throwback classic. This whole album is essentially perfect and even though I wouldn't call it my favorite song off the album, I've had this stuck in my head for the better part of this entire week.
Feb 16, 2020 Nice one, haven't listened to Tribe in a while! Keep em coming, we need some diversity. For some reason people on here are still discussing this mediocre Eminem album
Feb 18, 2020 Day 3 The thrash/metal-trap sound popularised by ---, Zillakami and 6ix9ine and more recently mimicked by the likes of Jasiah, Icy Narco and GNAR never took off to the extent I thought it would. Probably because lot of it comes off forced and corny but Tokyo's Revenge seems to have got the formula down with his 2019 viral smash.
Feb 19, 2020 lol I know its a disgusting song but I'm obsessed with the instrumental on She Wish She Was. if you have to replace it this is the perfect pick though. Either this or City Mad
Feb 19, 2020 Day 4: DUCKWRTH's versatility is a thing to behold. Insanely talented singer, rapper, writer, producer, et al. Its a sign of the times that he's gone this long without being noticed as much as he should.
Feb 19, 2020 Idk how DUCKWRTH hasn’t blown up yet, better for us tbh Great thread as usual Mr Sav, looking forward to what’s next!
Feb 21, 2020 Day 6 Remember Bishop Lamont? Despite all the fuckery that went on at those Aftermath offices, for a brief moment it really seemed like he was next in line for the official Dre protege stamp. A handful of songs intended for the album leaked and one of them was over a blistering Focus.... beat but featured Bishop delivering a weirdly over the top raunchy porno rap which kinda killed the vibe. Anyways, long story short this song has the same instrumental. And even though I'm not yet quite sure if D Smoke has done enough to differentiate himself from Kendrick, him and Snoop definitely give this beat the treatment it deserved.
