Jul 31, 2020 Mine would be The Life Of Pablo. I know it's not the best album but it released shortly after I joined the forum and I remember how excited everyone was (including me). The forum was active as f--- and got me mad hyped for the album. Leaks and speculations have been thrown around left and right. All this stuff made listening to it for the first time pretty amazing. A close second would be BITTSM by Travis for the same reasons. S80 really made those two special for me
Jul 31, 2020 i know what you mean...there's nothing like hearing it for the first time. there are lots of albums in which i wish i could pull that men in black s--- and erase my memory so i could hear an album for the first time again. but if i had to pick only one it would probably be blackstar by talib and mos def
Jul 31, 2020 To tell you the truth, I would love to relive my first listen of LiveLoveA$AP. I was getting ready to do a DJ gig at my college's halloween party, as I was putting the final touches on my mix I was smoking some loud and in that instance Rocky's mixtape dropped. I got in my car and before I even backed out of my driveway, I swear to you, when the beat dropped for Palace I felt like the doors of heaven opened or some s---. The rest of the tape sounded like the most cherubic & paradoxically hellhound music I've ever heard up to that point.
Jul 31, 2020 My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. I was literally going for a walk the first time I heard it down this beautiful, woodsy avenue not far from where I grew up. I’d love to re-experience that again.
Jul 31, 2020 Lmao this reminds me of the time Meek Mill’s project dropped & I went straight to What’s Free, I was so f---ing high at this point I was almost comatose, and when Jay’s verse came on - I entered a new dimension. I’ll never forget that s---.
Aug 1, 2020 If I could relive my Kami listen with all the expected disappointment and expecting Revival type s--- then Kami. City and Colour - Little h---. Ryan Adams - Prisoner. That's my top three
Aug 1, 2020 Hearing The Ringer, Greatest & Lucky You back to back after Revival was insane to be fair. Had a few pals over for a smoke & listening sesh on the day it dropped, was fire.
Aug 1, 2020 Compton, 2001, Doggystyle, Me Against The World, Livestylez Ov Da Poor & Dangerous, Lifestyle
Aug 1, 2020 I went nuts when I heard this. I was like a f---ing kid on Christmas hearing him be him again I shouted like I won the lottery when I heard the Stephen paddock/James Holmes bar
Aug 1, 2020 Exactly, how dope this album was at the very first listen. It was like a dose of fresh air after using a public bathroom after homeless bum. Amazing.
