Jul 31, 2021 You'll dig yourself out of your rabbit hole and realize I'm right... or you'll keep falling in to it and start believing you're actually a space alien inhabiting a human body... that's not something they say on CNN... so it must be correct, right?
Aug 1, 2021 My post really ought to be pinned to the top of this thread as a public service announcement. People are misconstruing this study in so many ways & it’s frustrating. It should also be noted, Provincetown, where this study was done in, has a 90%+ vaccination rate I believe. Basic understanding in statistics is important.
Aug 1, 2021 yeah, both did. Obama with young voters & black voters + Trump with (what may surprise some lol) latino voters in 2020.
Aug 1, 2021 so they’re getting covid, still..but not dying, but also spreading it..which is interesting since the whole premise of getting vaxed is to prevent spreading it to older or more susceptible people to protect them i guess they’ll be fine long as they don’t leave their little town huh
Aug 1, 2021 No. The point of the vaccine is to prevent severe illness/death. The vaccine is doing great in that regards. Only 4 people from that study were hospitalized. The COVID-19 vaccine doesn’t prevent infection at 100% (no vaccine does). This isn’t some bombshell fact you’re revealing here. Also, coming from a population that is 90%+ vaccinated, we would expect most of the people infected from that population to be vaccinated. Why? Because there are very few unvaccinated people to begin with. Nothing about this Provincetown study is a “gotcha.” It’s very much what we would have expected.
Aug 1, 2021 okay but don’t you think they’ll make you line up for another vaccine before the end of the year?
Aug 1, 2021 Vaccinated people will probably have to get a booster shot to maintain protection—yes. This has been discussed/somewhat anticipated for a while because mRNA vaccines effectiveness has a tendency to diminish as time goes on. So far, we know the effectiveness remains high for at least 6 months.
Aug 1, 2021 I'm talking about 5D Ascension... do your own research. https://www.google.com/search?q=5d+...-samsung-rvo1&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8
Aug 1, 2021 Honestly mate, no. And I mean that with the utmost respect. But things k--- people. Nuts k--- people. Pollen from flowers k--- people. Bacteria kills people. It's just part and parcel of life, some people react badly to some things. It would be concerning if the vaccine killed a high % of people but fact is it has killed 0.0002% (just a random number) of people who have taken it which is less deadly than a basic allergy.
Aug 1, 2021 I'm not anti vax at all and really don't care. But when there 380,000 influenza deaths annually and there's also a vaccine for that, how come you haven't been screaming down the throats of people to get those shots? Hmm no caping of influenza shot hmm? Looks an awful lot like boot licking (deepthroating) if you ask me.
