    That is strange. Even his sobriety tweet has 3x the likes (which is deserved). I’m thinking it’s because it’s not a super obvious album announcement unless you watch the video. He’ll have time to convince the public he’s dropping though

    Plus shows allow deeper sub-plots, much stronger character development across the board & less structural standardising — unlike movies that have to stick to a rigid formula of beginning/middle/end.

    You can tell lately movies have been trying to push themselves out of the box to compete with shows but it’s ending up in 3+ hour snoozefests for the most part.

    Not going to lie but everything Rick Ruben did with eminem I hated. I hated those rock sample songs on MMLP2 and Revival. Eminem does NOT sound good on those beats. Rock beats in general are usually a--- anyway

    Bezerk is a classic but it’s also not like any other song Eminem has made. Also there are some modern rappers doing rock rap better than Eminem did, Paris Texas and Kenny Mason are definitely doing rock rap better than it has been done in the past.
