It’s crazy how Lyrical Lemonade fell off. Their music videos used to be a big deal and they could blow up underground artists to the mainstream. Nowadays nobody talks about them and the videos are mostly artists who are already established. If they’re not established they’re lucky if their video even breaks 1 million views. Considering Lyrical Lemonade has 24.1 million subscribers that’s pretty bad.

I swear on my children’s lives I’m telling the truth. It started with me thinking “his vocals actually sound pretty crisp (mixing wise) here”, and I started resonating with the concept of the song and how real it is. And I thought you know what, nice acoustic guitar beat, Rihanna kills it, he’s flowing smoothly, you can tell he put a lot of thought into it. Good song.
