His right hand man, “Stretch” who was with him during the robbery (who Tupac later accused of betraying him and being part of the set up) alluded to it in a phone interview. Others have also said it, even Biggie in his Tupac diss(after Tupac was already dead) said “you hold your toast shaky”. They didn’t intend to k--- him, just rob him. Before Pac died he believed one of his shooters was King Tut from Brooklyn. Many other people also believed this for years. A couple of years ago King Tut (same guy 50 cent mentions in Many Men, also friend of Mike Tyson) was released from prison after like 30 years and claimed he had nothing to do with it. Tupacs cousin revealed that he was the one who told Tupac at the time that it was Tut, and recently said that he was given false info in jail and that it wasn’t actually Tut. around 10-15 years ago a dude name Dexter Isaac came out and said he was the one who did it, after being paid by Jimmy Henchman to rob Tupac. Tupacs other cousin, who was also with him during the robbery, later claimed that Isaac was lying because he saw the shooters and they didn’t look like him. So all these years later, we’re still not exactly sure who they were. One thing is absolutely for sure though, it was definitely all set up by Jimmy Henchman, with possible knowledge from Haitian Jack, Andre Harrel and even Diddy.
